Normandy

A couple weeks ago we travelled to Normandy. It was not only beautiful but we also learned a lot about the war and the bombings. The second day we were there we went to Omaha Beach, and surprisingly everyone just treats it like a normal beach. There were tons of people tanning and playing in the water. Below is a picture I took standing on the hills behind the beach.

We also got to see other amazing landscapes!

The last day we had brunch at a local apple farm and had fresh cider. Sadly I did not take any good pictures!
